Baby Sitting: If you have little ones with you, yet you would still like to taste the exciting or Puerto Vallarta or indulge yourself in a personalized spa experience, leave them (and your worries) in the capable hands of our certified babysitters. Our Concierge desk will be able to provide you with the scheduling and rates and can make your reservation for you. 24 hours notice is required for a reservation.

Catering: If you are planning an out-of-the-ordinary event during your vacation, such as a large-scale family reunion or a small, intimate wedding and reception, we will arrange your function for you, allowing you the freedom and time to enjoy your moments, with the knowledge that everything will be taken care of for you.

Concierge: The variety of excursions and tours in Puerto Vallarta is endless. No matter what your are looking for, from a Glass Bottom Boat, a Pirate Ship, a Sunset Cruise, a Romantic Moonlight Cruise, Horseback Riding on the Sand, an ATV, Sightseeing Excursions, or an all day fishing trip, our knowledgeable Concierge will gladly assist you, not only with helpful suggestions but also with reservations for excursions, dinner and even Car Rentals.

Car Rental: For your utmost convenience, all your on-site needs for car rentals and reservations can be met by our Concierge department. Car rental is also available in the Airport lobby when you arrive.

Fitness Center: Our fitness facilities include a fully-equipped gym offering state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines and life fitness workout stations with free weights. An Instructor is available to guide you through your workout. After your daily workout, try relaxing in the whirlpool and sauna before you indulge your senses in some of our rejuvenating Spa services.

Hospitality Suite: Should your flight be departing later in the day, after your check-out time, we invite you to relax in our Hospitality suite. The spacious accommodations will provide you with the ideal place to catch up on some reading or simply sit back comfortably and watch TV. The Hospitality Suite is available for you, daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

The Cyber Café: is located in the Palmita market and provides you with the opportunity to keep in touch with friends and loved ones or even your business colleagues. We offer state-of-the-art computers connected to high-speed DSL lines so surfing the net is fast and easy. We also provide you with photocopy and fax services. We are open daily from 8 am to 10 pm seven days a week.

Private Chef Service for In- Villa Suite Dining: We are pleased to offer you the exceptional service of our professional chefs who are available to provide you with private In- Villa Suite Dining. Your entire meal will be prepared for you in your own kitchen and served to you either in the ambience of your own Dining Room or in the seclusion of your own private terrace, with the lights of Puerto Vallarta as your backdrop. We will work with you to personalize a menu for your private gourmet meals, prepared, served and even cleared away for you, in your own suite. You may wish to arrange this service for a very special evening or for your entire stay.

In-Villa Suite dining is available to you 7 am to 11 pm, seven days a week.

Laundromat: Some of our larger suites include a Washer and Dryer. However we also provide you with self-service laundry facilities. Tokens for the Laundromats can be obtained at the Palmita Market. The Laundromat is open for your convenience from 8 am to 9:30 pm seven days a week.

Palmita Market: Located just a short walk away from the Main Lobby, our Palmita Market offers you basic pharmacy items, groceries, beverages, magazines, Mexican treats, snacks, sunscreen toiletries. Open from 7am to 10 pm.

Medical: Villa del Palmar Beach Resort & Spa provides you with on call medical services available 24 hrs a day. In case of emergency, air and ground evacuation is possible via a fully equipped ambulance service.

Currency Exchange: We have a Cashier desk located in the main lobby to exchange your US or Canadian Dollars for pesos at a fair exchange rate. Many restaurants and vendors also welcome US currency.

Room Service- If the stunning ocean vistas accompanied by gentle sea breezes on your own balcony or terrace tempt you into staying in for the evening, just call our room service and we will have your perfectly prepared dinner delivered to the comfort of your own room, complete with vintage wine. Room service delivery is available from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Shopping Center: Just a short walk away, there is a modern shopping center with a wide selection of stores including Mexican style Home décor, jewelry, clothing & beauty & health products to make your shopping easy.
